Acceptable Use Policy
This policy defines the uses that are not permitted for the AQIL service, in order to protect customers, callers and the platform.
Prohibited uses
- Any unlawful use or use that violates Saudi regulations.
- Fraud, impersonation, or deception.
- Unwanted or unsolicited calls in a manner that violates regulations.
- Using customer data without a lawful basis or valid consent.
- Collecting sensitive data without necessity or a lawful basis.
- Publishing false or misleading information through the voice agent.
- Abuse, threats, or content contrary to public morals.
- Attempting to breach systems, escalate privileges, or disrupt the service.
- Reselling the service or granting access to a third party without prior agreement.
- Infringing intellectual property rights.
- Using the agent for sensitive decisions (medical, legal, or material financial) without appropriate human oversight.
Actions
- Notice of violation and request to remediate.
- Temporary suspension of the service on continued violation.
- Account termination for severe or repeated violations.
- Immediate termination without prior notice where required by law.
